Chore
Services that are provided in order to maintain the home in a clean, sanitary and safe condition.
Companion Services
Assistance that is designed to ensure an individual’s health, safety and comfort while assisting the individual to participate more meaningfully in home and community life.
Homemaker
Permanent or temporary support that enables the individual to maintain independence and reside in their private home. Homemaker services are provided when the primary caregiver is unable to maintain the home.
In Home and Community Support
Support that enables individuals to carry out activities of daily living, develop practices that promote good health and wellness and manage his or her own medical care.
Respite Services
Care and recreation for adults with disabilities.
Supported Employment
Services provided for the purpose of supporting individuals in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment.
Supports Broker
Support designed to assist individuals and/or their managing employers with employer-related functions in order to be successful in self-directing services.
