Speedbumps & Solutions
An opportunity to define a speedbump (problem) you are encountering and proposing a solution to that problem. Submit an idea and receive a STAR award. If your idea is implemented, you may be eligible for one day of PTO. Ideas may be submitted any time.
Recognition: Living the Principles
An opportunity for you to recognize your peers for modeling the principles that define who we are: person-focused, communication, connected, innovation, inspiring leadership, and teamwork. Recipients receive a certificate and a candy bar and may be eligible for entry into the quarterly recognition awards. Every UCP employee is able to nominate someone or be recognized.
Virtual Town Hall
An opportunity to learn about the organization through participation in an open forum and/or asking questions that are on the top of your mind. You can ask questions live, through the chat, or in advance. Questions may be submitted any time. Q&As from past meetings can be found on the Town Hall FAQs page.
Survey
An opportunity for you to provide feedback to UCP Leadership through structured surveys. UCP conducts several surveys each year including satisfaction and engagement, communication and recognition, compliance, and benefits.
Compliance
An opportunity for you to share concerns about improper conduct related to policies, laws, or regulations with our compliance officer without fear of retaliation. When in doubt, submit your concern.
