Senior Director of Operations

Bridget Pugh is the Senior Director of Operations for UCP Central PA. She is responsible for providing operational team leadership to all service lines ensuring long-term financial health as well as opportunities for future growth throughout the organization. Additionally, she is responsible for developing sound operational strategies and systems to ensure programs are delivered at the highest quality standards along with ensuring sustainability and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Bridget brings 30 years of experience to UCP with the majority of these years spent on the operations side of the business, overseeing a variety of supports to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. She most recently served 17 years as the Division Director for Keystone Human Services out of the Franklin/Fulton region. One of Bridget’s strongest assets is her high level of integrity. Bridget also has a reputation of developing high performance work teams.  These teams demonstrate an understanding of the agency’s mission, vision, and work collaboratively to create positive outcomes for all stakeholders. 

Bridget is a graduate of Shippensburg University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work. In 2016, she completed a 10-month leadership development program.  She resides in Shippensburg with her husband Allen and has two grown daughters who live in the local area as well.

They often have an affinity for (if not a personal stake in) UCP, and are willing to put their time, talents, and abilities to work to help sustain and grow programs and services for people with disabilities. The Board provides direction to ensure that the activities of the organization move forward in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
